Help Me Rebuild My Life After a Health Crisis

Hello, my name is Larry Platt, and I'm a 47 year struggling with Chron's Disease. I was diagnosed with this condition about 3 years ago, which is the same illness my mother passed away from.

My previous employment was over 11 years, where I struggled with the illness the last year and a half that I was employed. Increasing complications and rising medical expenses kept me away from work, costimg me everything. For nearly a year now, I have lived in homeless shelter while still dealing with the illness and trying to find work.

As this has been my first experience with homelessness, I am currently exploring any & all options to improving my situation and getting back to a normal life. I'd appreciate all support you can provide, as this has been a dire situation for me for the past year.
