Mike and Robin are our dear friends that are always happy to help anyone in need and now we’re hoping to return the favor!

Early Tuesday morning, after dropping one of their sons off at the bus stop, Mike got into a bad accident that totaled his new truck and broke his right femur in two places, amongst other injuries. He had to have emergency surgery on Tuesday, resulting in a titanium rod being placed, along with multiple screws.

Mike’s recovery is going to be long and challenging, leaving him unable to walk or work (due to his physically demanding job) for several months. His recovery will require a lot of Robin and the family’s attention. Both Mike and Robin are self-employed and have a very busy household with three kids (ages 15-4).

Given the lengthy recovery time and the loss of income, expensive medical bills, along with the usual everyday bills and expenses, we’re hoping to help alleviate some of the monetary burden that comes with an unexpected event like this.
