Hola a todos, mi nombre es Ashley Carvajal! Estoy creando esta página de GoFundMe para mi primo César Chamba. Él sufrió un devastador accidente laboral que cambió su vida para siempre. Mientras estaba trabajando en la construcción, el sufrió graves heridas en el rostro y el cuello que requirieron cirugías de emergencia y la colocación de una traqueostomía permanente. El trauma le ha causado daños permanentes, afectando su capacidad para respirar, hablar y comer con normalidad. Ahora tiene que lidiar diariamente con un dolor intenso, múltiples medicamentos y cuidados médicos intensivos. No puede regresar al trabajo y tiene gastos de facturas médicas, costos de rehabilitación y diferentes terapias. Su familia en Ecuador está sufriendo y tratando de luchar durante esta crisis. Aún le quedan varias cirugías y terapias antes de poder comenzar su recuperación. Esta colecta fue creada para ayudar con estos gastos médicos para apoyar su camino hace la sanación y la adaptación a esta nueva realidad. Hi everyone, my name is Ashley Carvajal! I'm creating this GoFundMe page for my cousin Cesar Chamba. He suffered a devastating workplace accident that changed his life forever. While he was performing his job duties, he sustained severe injuries to his face and neck that required emergency surgery and the placement of a permanent tracheostomy. The trauma has caused lasting damage—impacting his ability to breathe, speak, and eat normally. Every day now he has to deal with severe pain, multiple medications, and intensive medical care. He is unable to return to work and faces mounting medical bills, rehabilitation costs, and ongoing therapy. His family back in Ecuador is struggling to help with all the costs of the surgeries. He still had a few more surgeries left before he can start his recovery. This fundraiser was created to help with these overwhelming expenses and to support his journey toward healing and adapting to this new reality.
