Hi all. It is with great sadness that I am starting this gofundme account. My dear friend Sidney Taylor was somewhat recently diagnosed with a rare disease known as Ehler's Danlos Syndrome. She also battles  Gastroparesis, POTS Syndrome and other chronic illnesses. Sidney's condition has recently worsened and she is spending her time in Cleveland at the Ronald McDonald House and the Cleveland Clinic. Extensive medical treatments and countless trips to Cleveland are a few of the many expenses her parents are paying out of pocket.
I have made this account on my own recognizance in the hopes of raising $5000 to give to Sidney and her family to help ease the financial burden of medical bills. I am hoping to raise the money as soon as possible, desirably before the end of the month, so as to help cover her increasing need for medical treatment. I hope and pray that some of you who read this find it in the goodness of your heart to give something, anything, to help Sidney. She has been my friend for over 6 years and it pains me to see her and her family in this light. Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you in advance for you contribution.
