Hi folks as you all know I'm at end stage kidney  failure I do diaysis 3 days a week in the renal unit in letterkenny University hospital for a good few years now with the times that in I'm asking for donations towards getting stuff for the unit& staff who all do amazing work looking after myself & other patients every penny counts even an old euro thank you do much
