Slaney Olympic are very proud of our Ultra man Jessie O’ Connor, who as you probably already know, has been selected to represent Ireland at the 24-Hour World Championships and captain the Irish team following his incredible victory as National 24 Hour Champion!

We are hosting a 5k (fast course) run to help support Jessie with his expenses to travel to Albi in October. So please get out and support as best you can.

All are welcome to join us and donations are welcome on the day. For those of you who can’t make the run, we have set up this page so you can support him here.

Enniscorthy Bypass 5k (fast course)

This course is a point to point route, so you can either run back or organise a lift to bring you back to the start.‍

All of us at Slaney Olympic are very proud of Jessie. We see the hard work he’s tirelessly putting in to his training. Jessie you inspire so many of us in the running community, you are always there to give a word of advice to all of us. We are rooting for you every step of the way.
