As we are all dealing with the sudden loss of Cindy in our lives, I thought what better way to honour her than with a 5k run/walk at Malden Park. Along with her friends and family, running gave Cindy so much happiness. So please come out and join me. I will be starting at 11am on Sunday October 16th, Cindy's Birthday.
