5K Run for Autism Awareness

Hello, beautiful people. My name is Emma and I have decided to do a 5k run for Autism Awareness UK. It will be the Bournemouth Bay Run on March 23rd. As all my friends and family know, I'm not the running type. More of eating everything in front of me, not a gym goer.

As we all know we are all extremely lucky to have the little Bear in our lives, who was diagnosed at 3 years old with autism. He is now 8 years old and we are extremely lucky that he can attend a school that supports his needs. He has a great caring and funny personality and is obsessed with trains and space. It's down to charities like these that are able to help support children and adults with autism that allowed such a school to be possible.
