5K a day for The Stroke Assosiation
On the 26th of April my Dad, Denis had a severe stroke.
Now, the months ahead are going to be very challenging for my Dad but he’s a fighter and I am putting all my energy into keeping positive and hoping for the best possible outcome on his road to recovery.
The 31 days of July I will be running 5km’s every day, adding up to just under 100 miles through the entire month.
The Stroke Association have been instrumental with their advice and support and so I’m doing this fundraiser to support their charity, and to give myself a physical challenge to help me mentally as well.
Any donation will help make an impact. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause which means so much to me.
