HotHands (and Help!) for the Homeless

After a very successful fundraising campaign, we were able to provide 480 pairs of handwarmers (960 in total) to the homeless in Philadelphia, which we gave out at a shelter to attendees at an inaugural Christmas Morning Pancake Breakfast.
With the Polar Vortex and the unyieldingly cold winter baring down hard on most of the country, our group decided that we needed to act again to make sure that we provide whatever warmth and protection from the elements we can to those who need it. So we're starting this up again, only this time we're also going to get more than just hand warmers. We will place another order for 480, but we'll also use money to buy warm socks and gloves and hats and scarves to include with our next donation. If you can't spare a few dollars for this cause, please help us by spreading the word. These small gestures are so important and life-saving! Thank you!
