My brothers puppy Tommy is at the emergency vet with a suspected liver infection. He has blood in his urine and is beginning to turn yellow. He is rapidly losing red blood cells and needs a blood transfusion along with other medical help to get better. Unfortunately this will cost thousands of dollars.
