Help for Brandy

I'm starting this Gofundme for my cousin, Brandy Long who  was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.  As if the diagnosis itself wasn't bad enough, because of her spouse's job change, they are currently on Cobra health insurance.  As many of you know, Cobra is a wonderful safety net but a very expensive one.  Brandy owns and manages a small landscaping business, but due to her illness, has been unable to do the physical work required.  She is trying to oversee jobs but her business has suffered greatly.  Brandy has an adorable 8 year old daughter named Karley and as you can see in the photo, Brandy is a fun and loving parent.  

When I talked to Brandy today, she explained to me that even with the costly Cobra coverage, she is still receiving medical bills for costs that are not covered.  She has had two surgeries, countless tests and many office visits.  April 16th she will meet with her oncologist to determine when she will have a port installed and begin her chemotherapy.  Please consider helping this amazing woman!  She has incredible faith and is confident that God will see her through this.  

Brandy's  parents, Scott and Kathey Long (former Hoover High School assistant principal) are helping in any and every way they can.  Brandy has a loving and supportive family and just needs a little help to get through the few months of Cobra insurance and chemo treatments.
