I’m so excited (and honestly still in shock) to share this… I recently competed at the OWA Freestyle & Greco State Championships and placed 3rd in both brackets! Because of that, I’ve been given the opportunity to compete at Nationals in Fargo, North Dakota—one of the biggest wrestling tournaments in the country.

I’ll be representing Team Oregon as one of their 100 weights in the junior division, and this means everything to me. Last year, I missed qualifying by just one place, and it was heartbreaking. Since then, I’ve put in countless hours training, going to camps, and pushing myself to improve. Qualifying this year makes all of that hard work worth it.

Outside of wrestling, I’m a student at North Medford High School where I take AP classes and maintain a 3.4 GPA. I’m also a Medford Police Cadet, which has helped me grow in discipline, leadership, and commitment—values I bring with me onto the mat every day.

The only challenge now is the cost. Expenses for this trip include singlets and gear, travel (flights there and back), food, team fees, and hotel stays. I’m hoping to raise $5000 to help make this opportunity possible, but truly anything helps and is deeply appreciated.
