Hi, my name is Dustin. I created this GoFundMe for my dog, Forest, who is 5 years old. Forest has been seen by different vets. The first place we took him to was Valley Vet Hospital in Lower Burrell for a sprained leg, and Forest was given a sedative for an x-ray. After we were called to pick him up, that's when we realized our dog was paralyzed from the waist down and had no feeling from his waist down. This now requires around-the-clock care.

By the second vet, Forest was diagnosed with Lyme disease and given medication, but he is not improving and struggling with severe paralysis. It will be costly for further examination, an MRI, and chiropractic care. I am asking anyone who can please help me save Forest’s life and well-being to please consider donating what you can. Forest is only 5 and deserves to feel better.
