Looking For Help For The Orander fam
Unexpected events happen whether you're ready or not. It all started on May 5th. I came home from work as usual and started to get ready for a night full of surprise parties, fundraiser runs, and family time with my wife and daughters. As I went to change out of my work clothes, all I did was bend forward and that's when it hit me. It felt like a bomb went off in my head. But I tried not to think to much about it and continued the night as planned. Saturday passed as did Sunday and I returned to work as planned to support and provide for the family I adore. After 3 days of long work hours at my awesome new job everything got worse! I couldn't take the pain any longer. I was on a job and dropped to the ground, I couldn't see and the pain that overcame my head was crippling. A good co-worker and friend took me to the closest hospital and after having a CT scan and spinal tap they told me I had to be transported to Rhode Island Hospital to see a neurosurgeon. They found out that what I thought was just a really bad migraine was actually a ruptured brain aneurysm. Now after having surgery the headaches are going away but I'll be in ICU for the next 3 or 4 weeks and then rehabilitation after that. With a new baby due to be here on July 6th any help, prayers, and love are verh much appreciated. Thank you to everyone who has been with me and my family through the initial steps. We feel so loved and appreciate everything. Please share and help spread the love.
