Friday, May 12th I was the passenger in a head on collision with a van that was driving in the wrong lane of a two lane road.  I am the sole provider for my family.  I now find myself with bleeding on the brain, two broken feet, and a fractured collar bone.  Once the compound fractures heal I will need reconstructive surgery of my feet;  and then physical therapy.  We are looking for any support to get us through these trying times...God Bless you.
