Bentley surgery, dog of Luka, Taylor, Maddie,Zoran

Two years ago, so many wonderful people showed their support when I (Bentley) needed to have a back surgery. I recovered amazing and have been great until 3 months ago when I ripped ACL on my left leg rushing up the stairs. Many have said that I may recuperate but unfortunately that is not the case with me. I tried every therapy, rested, listened to calming music etc. I feel bad asking for help once again but whoever can help, once again I and my amazing family would be forever grateful.
