Hello everyone,
I'd like to start off with I'm not one to ask for money pretty much ever. Unfortunately with our current circumstances I have no choice and I appreciate everything everyone has done for us in this time of need. That being said if you know me you know I had a beautiful baby girl on Dec 18th after a very rough pregnancy we welcomed our beautiful clefty cutie Amelia in to our lives. She was born with a cleft lip and palate, breathing and weight issues. Her weight has been an ongoing battle she is now 11months old and is 15lbs. Her breathing has gotten much better after her first surgery where Motts hospital did a lip and nasal reconstruction and also did ear tube placement at the same time back in July of 2020. She has recovered quite well and is hopefully awaiting to have her next surgery to touch up her scare on her lip and also do a palate reconstruction as well. Provided everything goes well hopefully it will be her last surgery till she is older. However in the mean time she now has contracted covid-19 we are monitoring her as close as possible but we are in desperate need of an owlet sock. An owlet sock helps us keep track and monitor her breathing and pulse oxygenation. Unfortunately with her having covid it has caused me and my husband to quarantine due to exposure. Which we were already struggling but hanging in there due to the events of this year but now we are at risk of losing our home and need help with medical supplies for amelia. Right now she is at home after her last hospital visit with antibiotics and tylenol to keep her fever at bay. But we fear her health has taken a turn for the worse we are currently doing the best we can with what we can but are need of help. I hate to ask but we are in desperate need of the owlet sock to Monitor her even while sleeping also with help buying all the medical things necessary to help prevent her from going back to the hospital and also helping coving medical bills for her. Even a little bit helps and I want to thank every in advance for helping us when we need it most. My amelia has been my number one priority since the day she was born in between her physical therapy, surgeries, many many doctors and specialists we have managed to provide her with everything she needs. I breaks my heart to feel like I can't provide for her. So as I said before every bit counts and thank you again. I will post on this to keep everyone updated as much as I can again thank you and god bless
