Hi, my name is Shae and my older sister has been struggling with addiction for quite some time. I came home to visit family a few days ago, which was when I had received the news that she had recently relapsed. I am hoping to raise some money to afford giving her a second chance through a rehab centre or safe housing. 

My sister deserves a new start & it has been so difficult watching her hit rock bottom, especially as a younger sister. There is nothing more painful in watching it all unfold, while having no control over the situation.

Before this all began, I remember her as being a very kind, caring and gentle soul. My latest memory of seeing my sister in her genuine state was when I was about 9 years old, I am now 21.

I was able to see her for the first time in months a few days ago and she was unrecognisable. I had the opportunity to hold her for the first time in along time, and although she was barely functioning, she was still my big sister.

I have never asked anyone for financial help before, but this is my plea for help as I cannot fund this alone.
