HELP OUR FAMILY REUNITE

Reinier has been deported June 22nd, the stay of deportation denial was signed June 13th and the deportation officers did not even let us know of anything until the before his deportation, no given explanation, nothing. It’s been an unfair and cruel process and I count on donations now more than ever in order to expedite every action I need to take in order to reunite our family. I will be having to take a trip to Cuba as soon as my passport arrives in order to legalize our marriage. ICE violated my constitutional right to marry as a US Citizen knowing of the hardship we stay behind with due to Reinier’s deportation. Therefore I will also be looking into filing a class action lawsuit for the neglecting of MY rights as an American, they could’ve easily had arranged for me to go sign marriage papers with Reinier at the facility as they had all absolutely required documentation and it is part of what they do/allow in an ICE facility. I have proof and a valid argument for everything, it is just a matter of time and resources I do not have as I have to take care of my children first and foremost. Reinier fue deportado el 22 de junio, el paro de la deportación se firmó el 13 de junio y los oficiales de deportación ni siquiera nos informaron nada hasta el día antes de su deportación. Ha sido un proceso injusto y cruel y cuento con donaciones ahora más que nunca para acelerar cada acción que debo tomar para reunir a nuestra familia. Tendré que hacer un viaje a Cuba tan pronto como llegue mi pasaporte para legalizar nuestro matrimonio. ICE violó mi derecho constitucional de matrimonio como ciudadana estadounidense, sabiendo las dificultades con las que nos quedamos debido a la deportación de Reinier. Por lo tanto, también buscaré presentar una demanda colectiva por el descuido de MIS derechos como estadounidense, fácilmente podrían haber hecho los arreglos para que firmara los papeles de matrimonio con Reinier en el centro de detención, ya que tenían toda la documentación absolutamente requerida, es parte de lo que hacen/permiten en centro de detención de ICE. Tengo pruebas y un argumento válido para todo, es solo cuestión de tiempo y recursos que no tengo ya que tengo que cuidar a mis hijos ante todo. Gracias por su ayuda y apoyo.

Hola soy Roxana, ciudadana americana y fiancé de Reinier Gutierrez Fuentes. La mañana del 11 de Mayo 2023 el a sido detenido por ICE en la oficina de Miramar donde fue citado. En el 2020 Reinier cruzo ilegalmente a los Estados Unidos como muchos se arriesgan buscando el sueño americano, a el lo soltaron ese año con parole por 8 meses sin tener que reportarse a la ley y le han permitido hasta sacar permiso de trabajo, con lo cual abro una compañía “LLC”y a estado luchando por nosotros desde ese entonces con todas sus fuerzas, nosotros tenemos dos hijos, o sea, el se a creado el espacio de un padre en el corazón de mi niña Luna de 3 años y además tuvimos un bebe barón, Lander, hace dos meses que tuvo falta de oxigeno dos dias después de nacimiento y tuvo que ser transferido al departamento intensivo neonatal, a necesitado constante seguimientos con especialistas al salir de ese cuidado intensivo. A Reinier durante estar bajo proceso para su recidencia le pidieron cierta documentación después de su entrevista con USCIS fue que nos enteramos que inmigración en Texas no había transferido su caso a Miami y que todavía el estaba bajo un provecho, encontró y consulto con el oficial bajo su caso de provecho que fue el que lo citó a ICE. Nosotros estamos destrozados, Cuba reciente entro en acuerdo con USA para aceptar aviones de deportados, el sistema está roto, y desorganizado, esto no se lo deseo a nadie. Yo fui a Gallardo Law Firm urgentemente y pude pagar lo que requerían gracias a que Reinier con el sudor de su espalda pudo mantener algo ahorrado para emergencias y yo por tal de hacerlo mover todo rápido ya que con esto cada segundo cuenta, fui y pagué lo que pude pero igual al final todo nuestro futuro está a total discreción de ICE. Yo ahora estoy perdida, el es el pilar de nuestra familia, tengo además de los niños a el abuelo de Reinier que tiene 86 años y también cuenta con el. Por mi parte, yo después del parto con solo 27 años me e quedado hipertensa chronica, igual me han encontrado celulas abnormales que pueden ser precancerosas en la cervix y tengo que estar cuidando de mi propia salud para poder estar bien y presente para mi familia. Reinier es un hombre honorable, luchador, paciente, cariñoso y si lo conoces sabes que se quita de lo suyo por tal de ayudar al prójimo, y con todo y eso me quedo corta. Sin el la verdad que no se como voy a mantener a pago todo, los carros, el agua, la corriente, el daycare de la niña, y todo mientras tenga que seguir luchando por mantener nuestra familia junta. Yo se que no soy la única pasando por esta pesadilla, yo me pude contactar con otra madre llamada Yudy que también fue entrevistada por Telemundo51. Nuestras parejas están en el mismo centro de detención. Ella no tiene redes sociales en estos momentos pero yo quiero seguir alzando nuestras voces y ayudarla a ella y a otras madres que pueda que ICE las está intentando de separar a su familia. Hi, I'm Roxana, an American citizen and fiancé of Reinier Gutierrez Fuentes. On the morning of May 11, 2023, he was detained by ICE at the Miramar office where he was summoned. In 2020 Reinier crossed illegally into the United States as many risk seeking the American dream, he was released that year on parole for 8 months without having to report to the law, he’s even been able to obtain work authorization and with that he’s opened up an LLC. He has been working tiredlessly since, we have two children, because he has created the space of a father figure in the heart of my 3-year-old girl Luna, we also had a baby boy, Lander, born 10 weeks ago whom had a decrease in oxygen levels two days after birth and had to be transferred to NICU, requiring constant follow-up with specialists upon leaving intensive care. During his residency process, Reinier was asked for certain documentation after his interview with USCIS. We found out that immigration in Texas had not transferred his case to Miami and that he was still under some sort of legal issue, he found and consulted with the parole officer in charge of his case whom was the one that cited him to ICE. We are devastated, he is the pillar of our family. Cuba recently entered into an agreement with the USA to accept planes of deportees, the system is broken and disorganized, I do not wish this upon anyone. I went to Gallardo Law Firm urgently and was able to pay what they required thanks to the fact that Reinier, with the sweat of his back, was able to have something saved for emergencies and me in order to make everything move quickly since with this every second counts, I went and paid what I could but in the end our entire future is at the total discretion of ICE. Now I am lost, besides the children I have Reinier's grandfather who is 86 years old and also counts on him. As far as myself, after giving birth, at only only 27 years old, I became chronically hypertensive, besides that they have found abnormal cells in my cervix that could be precancerous and I have to take care of my own health in order to be well and present for my family. Without him, I really don't know how I'm going to pay for bills, this is a period of so much uncertainty in our lives, meanwhile while I have to continue fighting to keep our family together. I was able to contact another mother named Yudy was also interviewed by Telemundo51. Our partners are in the same detention center. She doesn't have social media right now but I want to continue to raise our voices and help her with the funds collected on here as well.
