Help my family get out of Gaza

Hello, my name is Hamza Eqdaih and I come from Bani Suheila. I decided to create this fundraising in aim to help my family.

Today, I made it to Belgium but my family is still struggling in the Gaza Strip. I have my two daughters there ; Ruqia is the big one, she is 5 years old and her little sister Rahaf, is 2 years old. My wife Najat is taking care of them there.

They go through the most difficult circumstances of life, they cannot buy their life supplies and treatment.

I also have my mother Roqayh and my father Saad. They are suffering from a chronic disease and needs treatment on a daily basis, in order to be able to move. For a long time now they could not get their treatment, as they don’t have any money left because of the war.

All of my family lives in Khan Yunes, Bani Suheila. They destroyed all our property and we have nothing left. When they destroyed our houses, they also killed our memories and our childhood.

Today I open this fundraising in the hope of getting them out of the nightmare that has become Gaza. The fees to cross Rafah border is 5,000€ per person. Thus, my whole family would need 25,000€ to leave. The money remaining would be used for my parents to receive the treatments they need, and my wife and daughters to live until get back on their feet.

Your help would be so precious. It would mean the world to me that your help will enable my family to get out of this horrific situation and start building a new safe life.

Bonjour, je m’appelle Hamza Eqdaih et je viens de Bani Suheila. J’ai décidé de créer cette collecte pour aider ma famille.

Aujourd’hui, j’ai réussi à atteindre la Belgique mais ma famille est toujours bloquée dans la bande de Gaza. Mes deux filles sont là bas : Ruqia a 5 ans et sa petite sœur Rahaf a 2 ans. C’est ma femme Najat qui s’occupe d’elles la bas.

Elles traversent des conditions de vue atroces, et elles n’ont pas les ressources pour se procurer les produits de première nécessité.

Il y a également ma mère Roqayh, ainsi que mon père Saad. Tous les deux souffrent de maladies chroniques pour lesquelles ils ont besoin d’un traitement quotidien pour se mouvoir. Cela fait un moment qu’ils n’ont pas pu avoir leur médicaments, car ils n’ont plus du tout d’argent à cause de la guerre.

Toute ma famille vit à Khan Yunes, Bani Suheila. L’armée a détruit l’intégralité de notre propriété et il n’en reste que des décombres. En détruisant nos maisons, ils ont aussi tué nos souvenirs, notre mémoire et nos enfances.

Aujourd’hui, j’ouvre cette cagnotte dans l’espoir de pouvoir les sortir de ce cauchemar qu’est devenu Gaza.

Les frais pour traverser la frontière de Rafah s’élèvent à 5,000€ par personne. Ils auraient donc besoin de 25,000€ pour partir. L’argent restant serviraient à mes parents, pour se procurer les traitements dont ils ont besoin. Ainsi qu’à ma femme et nos enfants, pour pouvoir vivre le temps de retrouver une situation plus stable.

Votre aide nous serait très précieuse. Je serai infiniment reconnaissant si grâce à vous, ma famille pourrait sortir de cette situation terrible et commencer une nouvelle vie en sécurité.
