Hello everyone,
I am doing a fundraiser for my good friend Elaine. She lives in the Philippines and was recently diagnosed with Stage1b Endometrial cancer (Cancer found in the uterus) . Elaine found out she had cancer on June 10th, just 9 days before her 41st birthday.
She had surgery to remove her uterus, ovaries, cervix and all the masses outside of her uterus but she will still need to do 25 sessions of radiation therapy daily, starting next week. The cost of each session is P2800 pesos which is about $50 and she will have to pay upfront during each visit. Her insurance only covered a portion of her surgery and she paid the rest leaving her with nothing left to pay for her radiation therapy, medications and other bills. She is in desperate need of our help. Every dollar counts and it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
