Help me kick Cancers butt!

I'm Tabitha (45 yr) a Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Best friend, & Wife, recently my whole world has been turned upside down. I was in the process of moving and trying to get things I need in order for housing and other things. During all of the things already happening I needed to have surgery to move a biopsy clip that everyone I seen about it thought I was allergic to it. Well while I was under they found something, so they took a biopsy all around it. Friday I got a phone call stating it was Breast cancer and I needed to come in asap to discuss this and what we are going to do to kick it in it's butt! I'm still healing from my first surgery but by late next week I will be healed and getting ready to kick butt! They are going to be doing another surgery in two weeks to remove some more areas in my breast, they are going to let me heal for week than I'm going to have to begin anti hormone therapy and radiation 5 days a week for at least 5 weeks. I live 34 miles away for the nearest place I can get radiation that's 68 miles of driving a day and my oncologist is 44 miles away. I started a great job about 5 mths ago, but ended up having to leave it for the hours I was working, and everything I'm going threw there is no possible way for me to continue this job. I will be looking for a part time job to help me get thew but I'm not going to be able to do it myself alone, my husband lives on disability due to a major accident and we are raising our grandson...every dime we get from disability we use on bills and things he needs. I'm about to lose my brand new car that I got before all of this for I can no longer make my monthly car payments, I'm going to need gas to get back and forth to my appointment, sometimes food if I'm gone all day, bra's, personal care items, a sitter, meds not covered by insurance and groceries for food stamps just don't get us all the way threw the mth.
