We could really use your help!

Hi everyone. My name is Kym and I am creating this fundraiser for my family. We are a family of 6 and could really use the help. I really hate doing this because God knows we don’t like asking for help. As most people know we had the worst year in 2023 and the aftermath continues to haunt us. In August 2023, we had our family vehicle stolen and insurance did not cover it for the worst reason. That left my family struggling because now my husband could not work his usual routes and had to work around picking me and our kids up from work and school. Then in November, when we thought things couldn’t get worse, my husband was in a terrible car accident (100% the other person’s fault) and left us carless. We honestly thought we couldn’t recover from this. We have been hanging on by a thread just making it day to day. Thanks to God we were able to get a vehicle in December but we haven't been able to recover financially. My husband is self employed and business slowed down completely leaving us with one income. I am a long term substitute working on my teacher certification. I did not get paid for any holidays off. We have tried to do it all on our own since the accident but things have just been getting harder and harder. We are now short $2000 for our rent and car payment and decided to make this gofundme page to try and get donations. Again it’s not something we would like to do but we have hit a dead end on what to do to keep us from being evicted and from losing our vehicle.
