As many of you know, it took over a month to convince my primary doctor that there was something wrong with me. Finally after having a CT Scan, they found an abscess in my right abdominal wall.
On December 16th I was admitted to the hospital. Three days later they drained the abscess and left a drain in me. I was released on December 21st.
I had to follow up by having a colonoscopy on January 12th to figure out where it came from.
The procedure proved nothing was wrong, thankfully.
I wouldn’t be asking for financial assistance, but since I was laid off in 2019 after 30 years, I finally found a new job in February 2020. The downside is I’m making substantially less. Add to the fact that Chuck is losing his job on January 29th.
These bills are not helping our situation.
As the song goes, “Ain’t too proud to beg”.
