Update: Hi, I’m sharing this with good friends who have been with us since the accident, I want to update you and thank you everyone, my daughter it’s still recovering, and it’s still at rehab, she is going to be at rehab for some time, and from here she is going to have other appointments with many other doctor to follow up with her head , and with ortho and some other more. Hello, I am Lesley's family.Lesley was struck by a car on February 29, 2024, as she was leaving Royse City High School and using the crosswalk. The family is heartbroken about what happened to their daughter.She broke her right pelvis/hip, broke a bone from her back shoulder, and lost skin beneath her left eyelid and on the left side of her face. She also had a head bleed and is scheduled to have skin replacement surgery due to set eye and face injuries. Due to this accident, Lesley will not be able to go to prom; she is very heartbroken because she has already bought her pink princess dress. Because of this, Lesley's mother is presently unable to work in order to care for her. The person who struck her is not imprisoned. We need justice!
