In late August 2024, my beloved cousin, Yoohee, received devastating news—she was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer. If you know her, you know she has the biggest heart, always putting others before herself. She is generous, selfless, and has been a pillar of strength for her family.

After losing her mother to COVID in 2020, Yoohee courageously stepped up to run her mother’s nail salon, ensuring her family’s stability during an incredibly difficult time. Now, as she faces her own battle, she has been hospitalized since August and is unable to work, leaving her family struggling with mounting medical bills, tuition costs, and daily living expenses.

Yoohee is a devoted wife and a loving mother to two incredible teenage boys. Her husband, Jeong Hee Kim, has been by her side every step of the way, doing everything he can to support her while also working and taking care of their sons. This heartbreaking journey has placed an immense emotional and financial strain on their family, but they continue to face each day with unwavering love and strength.

During this unimaginable time, we want her family to focus on what truly matters—spending precious time with Yoohee—without the burden of financial stress. We are asking for any amount, big or small, to help ease their struggles and support Yoohee in her fight.
