My Friend Pamela O'Brien lives in Texas and  has been spared so far from  Hurricaine Harvey.   However,  her Father and Stepmother had to be evacuated and have lost everything.   Unfortunately, I know all too well how overwhelming this can be and how insurance does not cover but only a fraction.
