Garrett was a proud resident of Ionia, IA. Helping others and being there for the ones he loved was always his priority. He put his all into every single thing he did and always had a good time doing it.

I will never forget when he called to tell me he was joining the Fire Department and how proud he was to serve the community that meant so much to him. Or how, after going to his first accident, it was clear that he realized he was capable of saving lives. It awed and changed him.

We want to give back to this group who helped Garrett realize he could change the world. Our goal is to raise $2500 to go to the Ionia Fire Department’s new facility in memory of Garrett.
