Finding My Son
Donation protected
In 2017 my son Jose Neftaly Hernandez-Santiago went to JOB CORPS in Jacksonville, to study for Medical Assistant. He suffered from Schizophrenia, and even if his contidion is one of the mildest of this category he needs his meds daily to function properly in society. At this moment he is missing. He left his studies, and apparently he is not taking his meds. He is in the streets of Jacksonville, and I have not been in contact with him since July 2018. We learned after a news report from a reporter from the FirstCoast News, that was helping us finding him, and I placed in FB in during the week of Thanksgiving, that he has been spotted in certain area in Jacksonville. He is homeless and apparently not taking his medications, according to some people that got in contact with him, prior the news report. He was asking for help finding coats to keep warm, and does not look well of his mind. Some friends went looking for him and got no luck. I live in TX and do not have the economical stability to go find him personally, after fleeing from the hurricanes in ST Thomas USVI during the summer, and we are trying to start all over here. I NEED your help to be able to look for him, travel to FL, pay for his treatment and stabilize him, a lawyer to again guardianship of him, and bring him back to TX. We have been going through all the necessary processes with police in Jacksonville, and FBI but they have declined their help. The only resource we got was from the reporter that gave us the opportunity to bring the case to light. We love our son and we want to find him, and bring him back home safe. Our family will appreciate your kind help.
