Help Support Nathan Stahl and His Family in This Time of Need

As Nathan’s parents and siblings, our hearts are breaking as we walk through this difficult season with him. Nathan is just 46 years old and has battled alcoholism for many years. Recently, he was diagnosed with end-stage liver disease. After a difficult hospital stay, Nathan was discharged to home hospice care, where he is being lovingly cared for by his family.

Nathan professed Christ as his Savior when he was younger and was baptized. Even now, in moments of confusion, he has expressed with assurance that he has put his faith in Christ. This gives our family peace and hope, even as we face such deep sorrow.

Caring for Nathan around the clock is emotionally overwhelming and physically exhausting. While we are grateful to be by his side, the demands are far beyond what we can manage alone. We are now seeking help to cover the costs of paid caregiving support and to assist family members with travel expenses so they can come and share in caring for Nathan during this challenging season. When the time comes, we will also use the funds for funeral expenses so we can honor Nathan’s life with dignity and love.

Your generosity will allow Nathan to receive the compassionate care he deserves and will ease the heavy burden on our family as we walk with him through this final chapter of his life.

No gift is too small—every donation will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to give financially, please consider sharing this message and keeping Nathan and our family in your prayers.

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Psalm 34:18
