Hello, my name is Melissa, and I am reaching out to share the urgent story of a brave young boy named Joseph who is 13, and is currently facing a challenging battle against a serious form of brain cancer known as high-grade glioma. This aggressive cancer requires rigorous treatment with radiation therapy, and the pathology team is currently conducting genetic tests to pinpoint the specific type of glioma affecting him. Depending on the results of these tests, chemotherapy may also be incorporated into Joseph's treatment plan.

In the span of just a few weeks, Joseph has already undergone four critical surgeries to address a significant issue with fluid buildup around his brain, a situation that necessitated immediate medical intervention. He has been hospitalized for several weeks and will need further tests and treatments in the near future as part of his ongoing fight against this illness.

Joseph comes from a loving family including three brothers, all of whom are feeling the strain of this situation. His dedicated parents are doing their best to manage this crisis; his mother has been by Joseph's side throughout his hospital stay, providing him with love and support, while his father has taken on the responsibility of caring for their other children at home. Unfortunately, the financial burden is becoming overwhelming.
