Trying to Avoid an Eviction

Anything Helps. Hey guys, good afternoon. I am 24, I live alone with my mini schnauzer. I am single, my family moved to Colorado and I don’t really have many friends here. As I’m sure a lot of people are struggling I am really going through some things and I need your help as a community. I am currently facing an eviction and I’m trying to pay on my past due balance before me and my baby are out in the streets. I have applied for assistance to no avail. In July I had some issues with my vehicle my dealership refused to assist with. I took my vehicle to AAMCO and it was diagnosed with my permission however the vehicle was repaired without my consent and I was not approved for a payment plan so they held my vehicle for a week until my dealership finally decided to pay. However the dealership kept my vehicle and I was unable to make it to work. The dealership then told me I would have to pay a double car payment for July and August in order to get my vehicle back. And I needed my vehicle to work so I had no choice. In turn I did not have the money to pay my rent however I’ve been able to pay all other bills. My complex has not officially provided my eviction notice, however I haven’t paid rent since July and I know it is coming. To make things worse, I lost my job 08/28 due to attendance because I didn’t have my vehicle and I obtained a lot of points. Within the last week my tire blew out 08/29. I drove on a donut until 09/03 when my mom was finally able to send me money for a used tire. I woke up on 08/30 and my vehicle was towed for being parked in a bad spot. Thankfully I was able to have a friend lend me the money to get it out. My phone bill and electricity bill are coming up 09/21. The biggest blessing I have is that I was just offered and accepted for a job that pays more than my last and training begins 09/14 but I won’t have my first check for 3 weeks until after I start. I was recently in a domestic violence situation as well. I have filed a police report. My door was kicked completely off of the hinges. I already live in a sketchy complex. The money earned will help me get my door fixed and pay towards my rent. When I tell you guys anything helps and I would be extremely blessed I would. I put my last check directly into my bills and have nothing left. Thank you for reading if you have read this far. I’ve resorted to selling all my furniture in my home but I’m trying to avoid that as I just bought it in June and I worked really hard to buy it. 1K is not my full balance owed but it will be about half.
