Bringing my Fiancee to America

Hey everyone! Our names are Tyler and Sophie! We have been engaged for over 2 years now and we have both decided its time that we finally begin the process of bringing us both together. Sophie is from the United kingdom and has been visiting twice a year for over 7 years now. We want to finally bridge this gap and be with each other for good!

Sophie is a self employed artist that sadly doesn't make a ton each month to put in her savings and with her computer dying recently she had to use a good portion of her money to replace it. She is trying her best to work hard in order to gain money not only to visit once she is able to again but also put the rest of her money into paying off her new computer (which was required to get in order for her to even work)!
Tyler is employed as a part time worker currently pushing for a full time position and benefits in order to get Sophie healthcare for her Crohn's Diease so she can have regular check ups, blood tests, medication, etc. He has been saving up money not only to help her with paying flight costs when she does visit but also for the both to travel and spend as much time together during the usual 3 months she has to visit. This being said he has also ran into computer, phone, and other sorts of issues requiring money to be spend therefore the costs for the VISA keep getting pushed back.

Now that you know our story we wanna explain exactly what we are raising money for. As stated in the first part we are raising money to get Sophie to live in America with Tyler however this is quite a pricey endeavor costing around $2000+. Most of the money that does get earned from this will go to funding the various fees that these documents cost, such as the K1 Visa, the filing of various documents for her to get cleared and have interviews, and including the final costs of getting the green card once we are married. The process itself with take around 2 years to fully be completed but the money amount is gonna total out to be around the goal amount. Any extra funds will go towards flight fees, costs to get to US embassy, and moving any necessary things during Sophie's final travel to the US where she is going to be permanently living with Tyler (Examples: Extra luggage, Shipping costs of furniture, etc.). If we still have extra money after that, all proceeds will go to helping Sophie pay off her computer (in which she is still paying off) and anything else that will help make this entire process easier on us.
We are grateful for any support coming our way, we honestly don't like asking for help without feeling we are giving back but this situation is something we sadly cannot do alone as we've tried doing this alone for 2 years and kept running into obstacles. Also thank you for honestly reading all of this, it really means the world that people care enough to help us out especially during these times.

We also are now considering hiring a lawyer to help with the process, this will cost even more additional fees on top of our original goal that we had set, due to this we have raised our goal a bit larger just to compensate, again we are not expecting to reach our goal but if we do we are eternally grate for every kind soul that helped us along the way.
