Help Alfredo!

Hello all! My name is Tamara and I am the long time fiancee of Alfredo. I come to you today very hesitantly to ask for help. Alfredo was stricken extremely ill 55 long days ago and has been in the hospital fighting for his life. I, along with his children, siblings and mother have been by his side every step of the way. Unfortunately, he is still in the hospital fighting. I am asking for help in minimizing the financial burden by donating a little bit that you can to help with medical bills.
