Hello, Back in 2002 I started a business with a friend, not friend and we took out a loan to purchase the business. The business was Ghost Mountain Ranch in Pollock Pines. A few months after I left Intel and started at GMR my friend(not friend) started concocting a plan to vote me out. He did exactly that and within 3 months I was voted out as president of the business and his brother was voted in. 10 years later my friend(not friend) was foreclosed on and lost the business. He claimed bankruptcy and as a result was dismissed from any responsibility for the loan. Without knowing there was a judgement against me for the remainder of the loan I moved on with my life. Currently that loan, after 10 years is over $700,000 due to interest accrued for the last 11 years and Ciena Capital is after me for a settlement. They are trying to take my old home from my ex-wife and daughter which if they are successful my Ex wife and daughter will be homeless. I am trying to raise some money to help pay attorney's fees in order to save the home. Please donate $5, $10 or what ever you are comfortable with to help me help keep my ex wife and daughter from being homeless. If the bank gets their way, me and my dog I will essentially be homeless because I won't allow my Ex wife and daughter to become homeless.
