Help Ellie win the fight of her life....

My name is Michael and Ellie is ,and will always be, my everything.
Over the past few days the heart of our world (Ellie) has been pushed into a battle few in history could overcome. In half a breath's time, her life was violently altered by an utterly horrific car accident during the evening on the 29th of October. For the time being, Ellie is being kept unconscious to allow her brain to heal from the severe trauma she endured. I wish there is some way for me to put into words how much Ellie means to myself, her family, her friends and each person she helps day to day. The road ahead for Ellie is sadly going to be walked by her loved ones beneath a sky cast in a haze of uncertainty, pain and fear. It is my distinct hope that through this page some of the hurdles we may reach in the future can be leaped without the needless weight of cost. What I keep coming back to when thinking about the current situation in hand is the fact she would do so much for each and everyone of us without no hesitation. That is who she is. That is who she will remain. Ellie is all heart, all love.
Personally, there is nothing I would not give to take away this struggle she has to face now but Ellie never bucks away from a fight. Anyone that knows her even from a passing interaction on the street can feel the intensity of the fight that has always been inside.
She is a survivor.
But she still needs our help and the outpouring of support from her friends and coworkers has been something that proves to me how big her love was and is to this moment.
Her family and myself remain steadfast by her side everyday and so it will be till we can get our baby home.
So please, let's give her the best possible foundation for her recovery. It will not be easy for anyone, especially for Ellie.
I love you baby.
