HOLLY CENTENNIAL EDITION COOKBOOK 2022
In honor of the Holly Schoolhouse Centennial, we are republishing in one volume the original three Holly Community Club cookbooks dating back to 1973 with the addition of new recipes from new Holly cooks, plus historic photos of our pioneering cooks and Holly history. As most of us know, the Holly Schoolhouse burned to the ground in April 2022. Once the production costs of the cookbook are paid for, proceeds will go to the Holly Schoolhouse Historic Rebuild Fund.
If the Go Fund (which will pay for the cookbook creation and production) reaches it's goal by mid to late August, work can begin on scanning, editing, inputting new recipes, designing and formatting the book, and we can look to a late November rollout in time for the holidays. We will be printing 250 to start with, and they will sell for $22 a copy in honor of the birth of the Schoolhouse in 1922. Books will be sold at Holly events, or bought directly from committee members. Pre-orders are possible by emailing Holly board secretary Paige Stockley. The books will also be available on Amazon for those who live far.
Just remember--the cookbook has to be funded before work can begin on it's production!
