Thomas Jeffery Maxwell 7/8/55-4/8/18 Many of his friends & family knew this man my dad as so many nicknames. Tom Tom, AT, Big Tom, Pop Pop, & Dad. For the past 7 to 8 years we have had his health issues with him & he has beaten everything thrown his way from heart attack to life support. It has been a rollercoaster for a while with him. But always made sure he was at his best to go to East bay no matter what. I am creating this page to reach out for help to take care of my dad's memorial. The expense for his cremation & burial is something we tried for years to talk to him about on when this day comes but he always as stubborn as he was never saw eye to eye with me on programs we needed to start signing up for. Anything will help me & his family Thank you
