Our dear friend Ralph

Several months ago our dear friend Ralph Kalakewich was in a severe car accident. It was not his fault. He was sitting at a traffic light and was trapped in his car by the force of the impact. He was sent home prematurely by the local hospital. At the same time, he began experiencing health problems to the point where his roommate came home to find him unconscious on the kitchen floor. The resulting months have been in and out of hospital stays for extended periods of time. At one point left in a hospital bed for 26 days, muscles atrophied so badly he’s had to learn walking again.

All the while, the woman who caused the accident has had lawyers fighting the case. And because he’s been hospitalized in deteriorating health, he’s been unable to work. He can only get around with either a cane or wheelchair. Which means Ralph has no money to pay the hospital, his rent, phone bill, groceries, ANYTHING (which is why I am setting this up).

And just to add one more catch, he caught COVID while at the latest hospital stay.

I did not list all of the gory details associated with his health problems, but if you need to know them, call me. I would not ask this if I didn’t know Ralph personally. I’ve visited him in the hospital. He desperately needs our help. Any amount will be appreciated.
