Life comes at you fast. And by life, I mean a truck. 

On September 24, 2019 around 3:30pm, I was struck in an intersection by someone in their work truck. All the airbags were deployed, my car was spun around, the hub caps fells off, and the front of the vehicle was crushed. My car is totaled and I am without transportation right now. I am relatively uninjured except for a broken toe, a burn on my foot, bruises, whip lash, and a mild concussion. 

With this unfortunate, unexpected event, I am now faced with some costs I am struggling to afford. Both the driver who hit me and I received tickets, my car was towed and impounded, I have to pay a $600 deductible, and I need to see a doctor. This is currently what my estimated out of pocket expenses will be with the possibility of it being higher depending on how much insurance will cover the cost of getting a new car. 

I'm extremely lucky and thankful that I'm alive. Any amount helps and if you're not able to donate then sharing helps just as much! I appreciate it so much and thank you for helping me return my life back to normal.
