Our dear brother Alex was admitted to the St Anthony's hospital ICU on 4/20/20 unexpectedly due to hemorrhaging internally. He was in bed and woke up vomiting blood to the point of not being able to walk. While at St Anthony's Hospital in Lakewood, CO he told the doctors he was in severe pain to his stomach and nauseated vomiting blood. While he was vomiting he exasperated blood into his lungs causing him to go into cardiac arrest. He was resuscitated within 3 minutes, but he was vomiting so much he couldn't breathe and had to be put into an induced coma. He lost so much blood and was given 9 units of blood, but his liver and kidneys were shutting down. He was clotting too much and the dialysis could not filter his blood for his kidneys. His liver and kidneys gave out in the end and we lost our precious Alex on 4/21/2020. He was a loving kind hearted person who went out of his way to help anybody. He loved his daughter Sierra and Marcus dearly. They were his whole world. He loved his family and friends so much and had such a big heart. He will be missed by many and remember always. He was a huge Denver Broncos fan and loved spending time with his family and friends. Alex's sudden passing has left our family and Alex's many friends deeply saddened. We are asking for help to cover his funeral expenses, hospital costs and his daughter Sierra and his son Marcus during this devastating time.
