On July 1st, 2020 we lost a good friend and coworker Shawn Heilman to a car accident.  We created this Gofundme to help Shawns family with funeral expenses.  Shawn was a coworker of ours at Vic&Anthony's Steakhouse and he started out as a food server in 2015 eventually changing his position to Sommelier.  Before that he was General Manager at Morels inside the Palazzo.  His reason for joining us, so he can spend more time with his family.   Shawn is survived by his wife Kelly and three kids Hannah, Landon and Olivia.  

When we first started working with Shawn he was nicknamed "Road Block" because he was a pretty big dude.  For those of you who work in the hospitality industry you can understand maneuvering around people.  I know Shawn got a kick out of it.  In true Shawn spirit however here are some of the qualities we got to know being with him:  he was well mannered, friendly,  always talked about spending time with his wife Kelly and loved playing with his kids,  well groomed, always dressed nice and had a great sense of humor.   He has a great singing voice too,  on one occasion I was on the dining room floor singing to a song "Standing On The Corner" by Dean Martin and Shawn walks by and starts harmonizing the song with me.  It was a good memory that will always be cherished.  Shawn Heilman Rest in Love, you are missed and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
