Quincy R.Lucious, III

Quincy R. Lucious, III, known as Lil Quincy was 18 years old when someone took his life. He was a senior in high school set to graduate this year. He has younger brothers and sisters that looked up to him and that he loved. His mother is trying to raise money to pay for his funeral.
