Noah is a beautiful bright little 3year old boy who has been diagnosed with having a Wilm's tumour. He is currently undergoing a course of chemotherapy at Liverpool's Alder Hey Childrens hospital and will require more chemotherapy following his operation in May to remove the tumour and his kidney.

As close friends to Noah's family we have setup this page to help them financially get through this awful time and when Noah has finished his treatment we want to send them all on a family holiday to Florida to meet his idol Lightning McQueen, friends of the Hignett family will be using this page to share what they will be doing to fundraise for Noah so all sponsors will be greatly received, come on let's all pull together and show them they are not alone, with all our love and support we just know Noah is going to kick cancers bum!
Noah's parents have also setup a just giving page to raise funds for CLIC Sargent, who are helping them through this tough time, you can find that on their Facebook pages, they would like to thank everyone who has already donated to this charity.
