Help Alicia Recover and Build a Brighter Future

On October 4th, my best friend Alicia suffered a brain bleed that led to a hemorrhagic stroke. This sudden and life-changing event has turned her world upside down, but Alicia has shown incredible strength and resilience throughout her recovery. She spent six weeks at the Shepherd Center receiving intensive rehabilitation and has made tremendous progress. She’s now able to attend therapy twice a week, but unfortunately, this will come to an end on March 10th.

We are hoping to raise funds to continue her therapy and to help her find an ADA-compliant apartment, so she can regain as much independence as possible in her daily life. Alicia’s journey is far from over, and every dollar will go directly toward her therapy sessions and securing a safe, accessible home for her.

Alicia is a fighter, and with your support, we believe she can keep moving forward and continue her recovery. We are beyond grateful for any contribution, no matter the size, as it will make a world of difference in her life.
