I’m reaching out with a heavy heart for my little cousin’s daughter Advika Bhattarai, a beautiful 2-year-old girl full of life and innocence. She has been diagnosed with Thalassemia Major at the age of 16 months, a severe blood disorder that requires a bone marrow transplant to survive. Without this life-saving treatment, her future is uncertain.

Her parents have been doing everything possible to keep her healthy—countless hospital visits, blood transfusions, and sleepless nights filled with tears. But now, the only hope left is this transplant. The cost for the procedure is overwhelming—Rs. 80 Lakh (approximately AUD $100,000)—an impossible amount for this humble family to arrange on their own.

Every child deserves a chance to grow up, play, laugh, and dream. This little girl has just started to say her first words, take her tiny steps, and feel the warmth of life. She deserves a future filled with hope, not hospital beds.
