Our beloved niece and nephew, Erika and Alex Caro, lost their son Brandon yesterday, from an asthma attack. It was sudden and unexpected, and the emotional whirlwind is unbearable. On top of their grief and shock, the funeral expenses will be $4,700, not including the burial. The mortuary is demanding payment in full by Monday morning or services will be cancelled.
I can't imagine suffering sudden, unbearable grief, and having the stress of a deadline to find money that you don't have, added to it.
