Here’s the update that I’ve been dreading to give. I got a call the day before Christmas Eve that I was being terminated from my job due to my health and being on medical leave. Yes, I followed the policy I was given and completed every task I was given from my employer that required paperwork. The worker’s union that I am a member of is handling it at the moment and should get it taken care of. In the meantime, I was notified on January 5th that they cancelled my insurance, which is devastating. Besides not getting paid since October snd not having insurance at the moment, I’m not sure what to do I have two different tests/procedures in two weeks. If my results are worse than last time then my heart transplant will move up on the priority list. It’s a roller coaster of emotion Any and all help is greatly appreciated. As a lot of you know, I am in need of a heart transplant. The medical team is doing all other treatments until that time comes. Unfortunately, I have not been able to work since last October. Due to the gap of being put on long term disability, my income has been halted. As embarrassing as it is, I am asking for help for expenses with my many trips to the heart doctors and other financial needs until my income is restored. I hate this but I know God has a plan. Prayers and shares are much appreciated.
