A strong Woman trying to start a new life :)

My husband and I have started this fundraiser for one of my best friends, Maryna. Maryna lived in Kiev when Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24th, 2022. She had to decide between leaving her home or, staying and risking her life. She decided to make the brave move to escape but it took almost all she had to get to Mexico where my husband and I were able to meet her and help her enter the United States. She is doing her best to piece her life together and start over here in the United States but, it isn't easy. She is currently going through the process of being granted the right to work legally in the U.S. but that can take nine months or longer and she is not able to financially support herself for that long. This fund is being set up to help her support herself temporarily and to give her the best chance possible to succeed in her new life. There is no minimum or maximum amount that won’t help someone who's life was destroyed but didn't give up. Thank you for anything and everything.
